I just got a quote for a B7500HST with a 302 Loader and a Bush Hog Box scraper. The price was $14,100. I like the tractor, except it does not have the adjustable 3 point like the 9N Ford I was used to. The 3 point seems to be all up or all down. It appears the B7800HST ma have an adjustable 3 point. Does it. Also, does anyone know that the CA price would be for a B7800HST with a loader?

Dealers here in CA seem to charge more $ for everything than the rest of the country

The B-7800 and the B-7500 both have the same type hitch control. You would have to get to the B-2710 to have position control hitch. I don't know about California's pricing but it doesn't look to far out. ....

On the B7500 the hitch can be stopped in any position you want by returning the lever to the neutral setting when the desired position is achieved. You are right in the sense that it does not automatically stop at a pre-determined setting.

Art: I thought the B7800 had a position control that is calibrated in 1/4 inch raise/drop settings. Did I misunderstand?

P Merrill, where in CA are you?

I have dealt with Gold Country Kubota in Auburn and found them honest and reliable. I was there just a couple of weeks back and they had several B7800's on the lot.

If you go the the dealer finder on the Kubota website you will find dozens of dealers within driving distance. Call and ask what is on the lot and what they want for it.

You will get a pretty good idea of who you want to deal with by doing that.

Small tractors are a hot and moving item in central and northern CA. If you can swing your own financing the drive to southern Oregon could save you big bucks as well. ....

Mark you are right on the 1/4 inch deal but it still isn't quite like the 8N 9N hitch. ....
